The Royals posted the target of 144 runs for 8 wickets. Kuldeep Sen took four wickets while Ravichandran Ashwin came back with three wickets. No RCB batter was able to hold on to the crease for a long time, and in the end, Rajasthan Royals were able to register a comfortable victory against RCB. Once again Virat Kohli has disappointed his fans with the bat as he struggled to score only 9 runs.

In previous games, the high-spirited bowling performance assisted Royal Challengers Bangalore to restrict Rajasthan Royals to score 144/8. Josh Hazlewood, Wanindu Hasaranga, and Mohammed Siraj made a comeback with two wickets each for RCB. Royals Riyan Parag top-scored with a strike of 56 runs.

Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson contributed 27 runs, After being asked to bat with Riyan Parag’s top-scorer 56 runs off 31 balls. RCB shot 115 in 19.3 overs, while Skipper Faf du Plessis top-scored for RCB with 23 runs and that showed the unpalatable batting display of his side. Kuldeep Sen took four wickets for 20 runs, and Ravichandran Ashwin got three. Prasidh Krishna got two wickets.

During the second innings, the pitch turned two-paced and 150 to 160 runs would have been a good total. Everyone has put up a match-winning presentation so far. But for such records as 150 runs, it was only a matter of putting pressure on the batsmen who had to change gears. After winning this match, Rajasthan Royals are in the first position with 12 points. Until now Rajasthan has played 8 matches out of which they won six matches so far and lost two matches.
