Mumbai posted 2,624 new cases, the fewest in a single day since March 17, when it had 2,377. In the last 24 hours, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) screened 23,542 samples, which is less than the 28,636 samples it tested on Saturday and Friday (37,607).
