Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli and his wife Actress Anushka Sharma have launched a campaign for providing relief during the unprecedented crisis of COVID. The couple shared the details of the fundraiser they have organized for their relief work and have themselves donated two crores for the same. Virat-Anushka with this are playing their part in the relief process against the virus.
Virat took to Instagram to urge people to donate in order to tackle the challenges faced by the people and said, “Since the Covid-19 outbreak, our country is going through trying times, our health systems are being challenged, we need to come together and help our India,” Kohli wrote in an Instagram post. “Anushka and I have started a campaign on Ketto, to raise funds for Covid-19 relief, and we would be grateful for your support. No amount is too small to save lives.” Virat-Anushka have made a strong impact with the same.

Earlier, actor Anushka had announced in a separate post on social media about the movement that they have launched together. In the video posted on Friday, Anushka said, “Things have been very tough for India, and it really pains us to see our country suffer like this.” Requesting fans and people around to donate and become a part of the movement, Anushka said, “Every little bit makes a difference.”
